          3. Selection of camera frame number: when the measured object has motion requirements, industrial camera with high frame number shall be selected. But generally speaking, the higher the resolution, the lower the number of frames.

          4. To match the lens, the sensor chip size should be less than or equal to the lens size, and the C or CS mounting base should also match.

          With the rapid development of domestic automation industry, it also brings a broader market space for machine vision, and industrial cameras have also been greatly developed. Industrial camera is a key component of machine vision system. Its most essential function is to transform optical signal into orderly electrical signal. Choosing the right camera is also an important part of machine vision system design. The camera not only directly determines the image resolution and image quality, but also directly related to the operation mode of the whole system.
